Pediatric Therapy Network also offers to our Leaps and Bounds families:
- Home and community visits by our therapists and teachers to collaborate with families in order to ensure a developmentally enriched natural environment.
- Stepping Out services which allow children to be supported by staff to community activities such as a neighborhood park, storytime, or toddler gymnastics classes.
- Respite Rendezvous events are offered one Saturday or Sunday a month and help provide parents and guardians with time for themselves while their children are in a safe and fun environment. Siblings up to age 12 are welcome.
What our parents have to say about Respite Rendezvous:
“The kids really enjoyed their time with all of you. They’ve been talking about it ever since!"
“Thank you so much for allowing siblings to join in the fun and give us a break. This was my first break in 5 ½ years."
“It was a very fun evening for my kids and a very nice night out for Mom & Dad."
Respite Rendezvous also has benefited from the many volunteers from various organizations and schools that have contributed their time so generously to play and enjoy an evening with some of PTN’s youngest clients.
